The BFITS Program Managers (PM) Team oversees daily coordination between teachers, schools, and internal departments. Each partner school is supported by an experienced education leader who understands classroom needs while ensuring alignment with BFITS standards.

At the same time, PMs provide ongoing guidance, address concerns, and help maintain clear communication across all parties. Through hands-on support and proactive problem-solving, they help create a stable teaching environment where educators and students can succeed together.
